Job description

We are looking for an editor to cover the most important developments in the crypto world. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the crypto world and is updated with the latest happenings in the space. Big plus if you are a DeFi native.

Responsibilities

• Identify storytelling opportunities and pitch ideas for both organic and sponsored content
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and pre-production meetings with the external profiles, including talents and key opinion leaders
• Lead the editorial team and freelance writers 
• Research, fact-check and edit the articles of the editorial team 
• Manage and oversee the editorial calendar across our social media platforms

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in English 
• Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
• Understanding of publishing tools WordPress or an alternate CMS
• Meticulous and efficient in research with a keen eye for details
• Able to understand, digest and make use of trend-jacking strategies when ideating for editorial content 
• Proactive and able to work well with minimal supervision 
• Works well in a fast paced environment 
• Experience in crypto is a plus
