Many of these Web 3 games that have the most traction often resemble the popular traditional games such as Pokemon. In creating new games, game designers and developers draw inspiration from these successful traditional games in terms of gameplay and gaming mechanics.

Although it still remains to be seen as to which Web 3 game or games will dominate the space, this shift from the focus on gamification of finance to building blockchain games that prioritize fun gameplay is a step in the right direction.
