NFT.NYC started off as a small group of meetings in 2019 and it is now the leading NFT conference in the world. The fourth annual NFT.NYC 2022 welcomes more than 1,500 crypto experts to speak on NFT gaming, film, music, blockchain technology, and more.

The most anticipated NFT event will return to Times Square on June 20-23 for a three-day in-person event. At the time of writing, there are over 130 satellite events scheduled throughout the event.

The NFT event will host over 1500 speakers that will cover 16 different topic tracks with content for everyone revolving around this year’s theme, “Diversity of NFTs” which will take place across seven venues:

The NFT.NYC 2022 Diversity of NFTs Art Collection

Every piece in this year’s “Diversity of NFTs” art collection will be displayed on a Times Square billboard and throughout the Marriott Hotel during the conference. NFT.NYC launched this activation as a new way to celebrate and recognize emerging artists.

The event is not live-streamed this year but all the sessions will be recorded and uploaded to its YouTube channel over here. Check out the recap from last year’s event.

The NFT Awards

NFT.NYC’s second annual NFT Awards will take place on June 21. The awards attracted nearly 18,500 votes and will recognize the best NFT leaders and companies across various categories including gaming, news coverage, NFT marketplaces, and more.

NFT.NYC 2022 Unconference sessions

Too many speakers, too little time. NFT.NYC will be introducing a brand new concept called “Unconference”. Hosting two open stages at the same time.

The unconference session times will be published for each topic category (e.g., DAO and NFTs) and registration will be on a first come first serve basis.

Registered speakers will be able to bring up to 2 friends on stage and they will only have 10 minutes of air time. Both product pitches and slide decks are strictly not allowed.

1. Ape Fest

Without a doubt, Bored Ape Fest was the highlight of NYC.NFT 2021. The yacht party was by far a huge success as it saw a massive BAYC IRL gathering.

This year, Ape Fest is taking over Pier 17 in NYC from 20 to 23 June from 5 pm – 10 pm. It is an exclusive event for BAYC/MAYC holders and their plus one.

The exclusive event might see attendance from a number of BAYC celebrities and influencers.

2. Enter The Alley With Azuki

Enter the Alley by Azuki will take place on Thursday, June 23rd in Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan from 1pm – 5pm.

The daytime exhibit is open to all including non-holder. The 1-hour immersive experience is guaranteed to be “unlike any other”.

3. Proof Of Moonbirds

Proof of Moonbirds will take place on Tuesday, June 21st at Webster Hall. Doors will open at 7:30 pm and it will see special guests star Mix Master Mike and David Blanie.

Proof of Moonbirds is not the only Moonbird party that is going on. Moonbird with different traits have thier very own themed party.

For instance, Magical Moonbirds (Moonbirds with witches and wizard traits) will have thier very own Magical moonbirds night. The event will see a special performance by guest star David Blaine, an American illusionist.

The World Premiere Of The Degen Trilogy

NFT.NYC will also see the world premiere of The Degen Trilogy. It is an interactive three-part film that will fall under the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) umbrella.

Produced by Coinbase, the first of its kind media project will turn a number of Bored Apes into Hollywood movie stars. Mutant Apes are also not forgotten. They will star in the second part of The Degen Trilogy.
